Do you yearn for a gnome in your home or garden? We were smitten by this collection of Woodspirit Gnome fellows, created by Tom Clark, a religion and theology prof, hailed as the Norman Rockwell of Gnomes. His creative journey is fascinating: around 1978 he opened Cairn studios and the many gnomes, each with a hidden coin on their person and their own names and stories, began to travel the world. Ultimately Clark retired from teaching and devoted himself fully to Woodspirits. The rest of our Tom Clark Gnome fellows will be going up this week.
